Terms & Conditions

The training service offered by Rita Gangwani’s RIGAHAUS will be conducted, without exception, in accordance with these terms and conditions and any booking will be considered as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1	These terms & conditions apply to any work done for the Client by RIGAHAUS
2	In Scenario of outstation training, Client will have to provide Air travel by comfortable air carrier in elite class for the Trainer to the venue and back along with airport pick and drop decent transfer.
3	RIGAHAUS will provide service(s) as mutually agreed, confirmed in writing by the Client. Training Schedule & Commercials: For each in-house Training, Rigahaus ensures that Topic, Scope, Learning Objectives, Date, Time and Commercials are all agreed (and subsequently adhered to) with documentation established and confirmed through an email from Rigahaus. Where required, a contract shall be created to support a longer relation. During the process Rigahaus may share with a Client either pro-forma invoices or tentative quote which are to be treated confidential and cannot be shared or discussed with anyone who is not an employee of the particular client. The final terms and conditions described above, are also to be treated confidential and cannot be shared or discussed with anyone who is not an employee of the particular client.
4	The work will be carried out unsupervised at times and places as determined by, RIGAHAUS using client’s equipment. and at venue decided by the client
5	RIGAHAUS will not conduct training in open and without proper training audio visual aids. Client to provide the Training Room with projector, speakers, whiteboard, markers required for training. Client to provide all writing pads and pens to participants. Client shall advise appropriate breaks and participants should be made available continuously. Rigahaus and the Client shall discuss and agree upon providing any additional requirements for a specific training.
6	RIGAHUS agrees to attend the Client’s necessary meetings, the time spent and agreed reasonable expenses incurred to be reimbursed by the Client.
7	The Client will reimburse RIGAHAUS for agreed reasonable expenses over and above usual expenses incurred in the process of work.
8	The Client will pay RIGAHAUS agreed flat fee for the job, plus VAT where applicable. The training hours per day will be decided by the trainer and agreed in writing by the client. Extra charges will apply if training goes beyond the time agreed upon. Unless stated and documented otherwise, payment to be made 50 percent in advance and rest within 7 to 30 days of the date of our invoice. In case of coaching and other such periodic development interventions, monthly payment is to be made based on the specific contractual document. Payments can be made either through Cheques/drafts or electronic transfers – with details available in the invoice.
9	The client will be responsible for providing the training provider with elite accommodation in 4-5 Star Hotel. All meals and refreshments will be provided by the client for the period of all training provided. Any transport requirement will also be provided by the client.
10	All confirmed bookings that are cancelled by the client will carry ten percent cancellation fee.
11	The client and delegates will keep secure and not disclose any information of a confidential nature obtained by reason of the training received except information which is already in the public domain.
12	Any content created by RIGAHUS is copyright material and cannot be replicated, or reproduced unless otherwise agreed. Rigahaus and Client shall agree that they will not at any time (including after the training has been delivered), divulge proprietary, private, confidential and/or sensitive information that was exchanged to any third party.
13	The nature and content of the work will be kept confidential and not made known to anyone other than the Client and its contractors without prior written permission.
14	RIGAHUS guarantees that any work they undertake on behalf of the Client will be completed to the same standard, schedule and budget and with the same conditions of confidentiality.
15	RIGAHAUS is free to conduct trainings anywhere nationally and internationally as free lancer consultants and in no way will be responsible or stopped by the client.
16	50 percent of the payment will be paid to RIGAHAUS in advance, and the rest paid within 7- 30 days on completion of assignment.
17	The number of delegates must be given at the time the booking and confirmed in writing. This number cannot be increased by the client without the approval of the training provider. Only delegates are allowed to attend the training, any outsider, other trainer, etc. will have to leave the training room during training.
18	Either the Client or RIGAHAUS have the right to terminate a contract for services if there is a serious breach of its terms.
19	No video shooting or recording will be done when the training session is in progress. Any interviews or promo bites will be shot before or after the training sessions and that too with prior permission of the trainer.
20	RIGAHAUS may use the Client’s name and pictures in her/his promotional material.
21	No parallel trainer or profile holder on the same topics assigned to the trainer of RIGAHAUS would be appointed by the client till the training by RIGAHAUS is over.
22	The training provider retains its intellectual property rights in all of its materials, documents and / or software, none of which may be reproduced, modified, amended, stored in any retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means, otherwise than for the purpose specified by the training provider. The material described above remains with the training provider and may not be used by the client, delegate or other party for training purposes. Incase required; only the highlights or bullet points of the presentation will be share with the client. The original presentation is intellectual property of Rigahaus and will not be shared as such under any guise of handouts or notes. If required, handouts will be given by the trainer’s consent. If the training provider becomes aware of such use then legal action may be taken to stop such activity and to seek compensation UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY VIDEO RECORDING BE ALLOWED UNLESS PERMISSION GIVEN BY IN WRITING NOR WOULD ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN THE PARTICIPANTS WOULD BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CLASSROOM. THE TRAINER HAS ALL THE RIGHTS TO DISCONTINUE TRAINING AND WALK OUT IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE IGNORED.
